Today is World Mental Health Day. A day to encourage people to educate themselves on mental health issues, improve awareness and advocate against social stigma. The theme this year is to improve investment in Mental Health to help people recover from social isolation and pandemic anxiety. Read on for our pithy suggestions keeping with the theme 💆🏽♀️

What will you do if you are made Prime Minister for one day? It is not the plot of Nayak sequel or something that Modiji has anything to worry about. The Prime Minister of Finland allowed a 16 year old teenager to become the Finnish Prime Minister for one day in a bid to highlight girl’s rights.
In most meetings people don’t address the elephant in the room. But what if you could get elephants into your meeting? This will certainly make zoom calls more interesting. With tourism revenue crashing, elephant parks in Thailand have started offering elephants to join the zoom call and make zoom calls more interesting.

This is Mental Health Museum which has wonderfully illustrated stories from people who struggled with their mental health. Additionally, they also have learning resources to identify signs and understand one’s mental health.
Furiously Happy is a humorous memoir written by Jenny Lawson. This book is about Lawson's personal experience with mental illness, depression and anxiety but also strangely about finding Joy.
Daniel Sloss : Live show - ‘Dark’ is a stand-up set that revolves around conservatives, annoying vegans, and importantly the loss of a loved one. Its explore themes of grief and sadness with wonderful comic timing making it both profound and hilarious
